Cannot save setting changes on https://0.email/settings/general

"Save changes" button is not grayed out but clicking on it doesn't save the settings.

To reproduce:

1. https://0.email/settings/general

2. Modify a settings / Add user prompt

3. Save changes

4. Refresh or go to a different page and come back to https://0.email/settings/general

5. The modifications are not saved
